private Membership agreement (PMA)

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership in the BYD Ministry | Mountain Home Marketing Ministries and Computer Repair Services Private Membership Association, operating under the jurisdiction of the a Private Non-Statutory Trust.

I understand and agree that:

1. I am voluntarily joining a private association.

2. All services, communications, and exchanges with the Association are private transactions.

3. I waive any claim to regulatory or commercial protections provided by public agencies.

4. I accept full responsibility for any outcomes related to my interactions with the Association.

This agreement is made freely, without coercion, and with full understanding of the private and protected nature of the Association.
